Is this real double-entry accounting?
Yes. Every invoice, bill, expense and payment posts a balanced journal entry, and the Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet and Trial Balance are generated from that ledger — not from a spreadsheet approximation.
Can my accountant and my staff use it too?
Yes. Add team members and choose exactly what each person can view, create, edit or delete, section by section. An accountant can post entries while a sales employee only sees customers and invoices.
Does it work on my phone?
Yes. The whole app adapts to phone screens, with a slide-out menu and tables that scroll sideways, so you can check numbers or send an invoice away from your desk.
Is my data kept separate from other companies?
Every company is isolated: passwords are hashed, every request is checked against the company you belong to, and entries are permanent with a full audit log.
